A few weeks back, we hosted an intimate dinner for some of our favourite people in the industry! It was a nice chance to connect and meet people all while chowing down on a delicious four course meal! We chowed down on kale ceasars salads, risotto with fried artichokes and our infamous braised short rib. Our dessert boards were the final touch of the night and included homemade brownies, tiramisu in a jar and bread pudding. We were also lucky enough to have Vineland Estates join in on the fun and pair some of their amazing wines with each course.
