Back in December, we had the chance to host a lovely 60th Birthday at our restaurant Compass. 

The room was decked with champagne table clothes, loads of candles and beautiful bundles of hydrangeas and roses. We absolutely loved how everything came together and although it was a very cold night outside, the inside felt warm and intimate.

Guests nibbled on appetizers like Braised Lamb Poutine, Mini Fried chicken on a Buttermilk biscuit and Tuna Tartare on Crispy Chip. This was followed by a 3 course meal of Kale salad, Yukon Gold Roasted Cauliflower with Pappardelle and finally a Braised Beef Short Rib with Fried New Potato, Roasted Cauliflower, Toasted Pine Nuts, Celery Root and Squash Puree.

There was also a stunning dessert table set up for all of those with a big sweet tooth!
